Motto

Our lives are enriched when we understand that our spiritual and physical body creates our souls.  In order for the soul to prosper both of these must be in alignment.  We need to  keep ourselves in good physical health by checking in with our medical doctors and engage ourselves daily in physical activities.  Likewise, we must feed our minds with positive thoughts as we try to embody the characteristics of God.  Our souls will  prosper when we free ourselves from  negative energies, such as, unforgiveness, hatred, etc.  LOVE is the healing balm for  high vibrational energies, which will attract only good into our lives.
